We all know the popular chicken food chain Chick-fil-A, known for its fast service and friendly staff. However, people who don’t work there seldom think about the training and processes Chick-fil-A employees go through to make the experience so enjoyable. These are the reasons why Chick-fil-A is the best first job ever.
1. The Company is Built Upon Strong Values
Chick-fil-A was founded by S. Truett Cathy in 1946 in Hapeville, Georgia. The business is still privately and family owned by the Cathy family. Because it is family owned and operated, they stand by their values and beliefs and make sure that all of the operators are up to par with the standards of customer service and leadership ability.
2. The Operators Are Phenomenal
Those who have worked for Chick-fil-A Operators will tell you that they always asked how their team members are doing and, checked up on progress in school and in their personal life, and all around continued to care for them outside of work.
3. You Gain Training That Serves You For Life
Chick-fil-A knows that it’s not just the food that keeps people coming back, it’s also the employees and they take great care in training and developing their team members to succeed not only in their careers, but in life. When a new team member joins, they provide many training mechanisms to ensure that they succeed and provide the kind of customer service Chick-fil-A is known for.
